This 45,000sq.ft unit for Stockdon Investments was undertaken whilst at Holder Mathias.

The design required the building to be capable of being split into two separately leased units. In the event the building was leased as one unit. The design was kept simple with only two external materials aluminium and glass formulated into a simple sleek envelope. A suspended curved aluminium canopy announces the main entrance.
