MEM Offices and Hotel Conversion

The original offices and light industrial buildings were undertaken for MEM Group by Gareth Davies Associates in the early 90’s. In a twist of fate, the site was sold in 2020 and Gareth Davies Project Services has subsequently been engaged by the new owner to turn the offices and part of the warehouse into a 57 bed hotel.

The hotel and some additional industrial units achieved planning consent in 2020.
