Oakwood, Colchester

This replacement dwelling in the open countryside replaces a previous design that followed a traditional route of placing the front façade of the house facing the road on an east-west axis, with no rooms facing south. Our contemporary design solution relocates the house on the plot, placing all habitable rooms facing either south or west with a substantial south facing deck. The project is on site and due for completion in 2022.
