St Mellons Community Hub, Cardiff

Gareth Davies was design lead for this community building whilst at Stride Treglown. The project undertaken for Cardiff Council encompasses the original library and updates it into a new digital facility, provides community rooms, a 2 court sports hall and changing rooms, cafe and 2 separate creches. The project was completed in 2019 under a design build contract with another architect.
