Pirate Unit, Tagomago Park, Cardiff

Gareth Davies Project Services was engaged by the new owner of Tagomago Park Business Centre to obtain planning consent for 8,500sq.ft of trade units. Planning consent was obtained in 2020 and is now being turned into a specialist unit for Pirate.com to provide studios for musicians, podcasters, dj’s and dancers.

The unit is under construction and due for completion at the end of 2022.
